Registration 2023/24

READ ALL BEFORE CONTINUING TO REGISTRATION FORM

Please read all before continuing to the registration form:

Please complete the online form including all details particularly emergency contact details; an email address that you can access easily which is required to provide your consent for registration as part of the new registration process. You will be asked to set up an FA FAN account if you do not already have one.

Photograph

All players require a head and shoulders photograph to be used on the registration sheet for identification purposes at matches. This has to be recent, in the last six months, and a good likeness of the player, as the system will reject old photographs, and should just be a passport type , head and shoulders photo, a phone photo is fine!  There should be no face paint or head coverings as again these will be rejected.  This will be uploaded to the FA Whole Game Registration system from this registration form.

Codes of Conduct

Wilmslow Sports Junior Football Club is a Charter Standard club. As such, we must ensure that all players and parents sign-up to, and adhere to, standards of behaviour on and off the pitch. Player and parents; please read and tick to say they have read our Code of Conduct. Please also make any other relatives or friends who attend aware.

Our policies on Safeguarding; Anti Bullying: GDPR and the use of Social Media are all on this website and follow the FA guidelines

Subscriptions

Wilmslow Sports is a football club run entirely by volunteers, we are not a business; we are a separate entity to PFC, our main training provider. We rely on subscriptions and any money raised to pay for the training and game pitches, some coaches and referees and fees for the Timperley and other leagues.

We pay for coaching courses for managers and assistants, including First Aid; Safeguarding and Criminal Record Checks, equipment and insurances. The above make up a big part of our expenditure, but we also maintain and hopefully improve the pitch at Upcast Lane of which we have exclusive use.

Subscriptions for the next season have increased slightly to £250 for the season. This includes payment for weekly training and matches from September until Whit 2024. We also recognise that some people will not be able to pay and we wouldn’t want any player not to participate as a result. Please contact our chairman, Scott Hannah at scott@scotthannah.co.uk or on 07595 520363 to message or discuss.

Payment must be made at point of registration, but can be split into 2 payments using Option 2. For anyone using this second option, an invoice will be issued on 1st November 2023 for payment within 30 days.

Payments can be made in one payment of £250 or two payments of £130. We cannot accept cheques or bank transfers this year.

Our RBS bank account is now closed, so please do NOT make any transfers.

If there has been no registration or payment or arrangement made by the first game of the season the player will not be able to participate until such time that this has been made.
