Please complete the online form including all details particularly emergency contact details; an email address that you can access easily which is required to provide your consent for registration as part of the new registration process. Photograph
All players require a head and shoulders photograph to be used on the registration sheet for identification purposes at matches. This has to be recent, in the last six months, and a good likeness of the player, as the system will reject old photographs, and should just be a passport type , head and shoulders photo, a phone photo is fine! There should be no face paint or head coverings as again these will be rejected. This will be uploaded to the FA Whole Game Registration system from this registration form.
Codes of Conduct
Wilmslow Sports Junior Football Club is a Charter Standard club. As such, we must ensure that all players and parents sign-up to, and adhere to, standards of behaviour on and off the pitch. Player and parents; please read and tick to say they have read our Code of Conduct. Please also make any other relatives or friends who attend aware.

Subscriptions
Every penny of your subscription goes directly back into giving your child the best experience possible from pitch hire and match fees to coaching courses, professional coaching and team management, first-aid training, safeguarding checks, equipment, and insurance to highlight just a few of the costs. We’re also actively working to bring a 3G facility to Phoenix Sports Club for year-round training and of course matches.
The full subscription for 2026/27 season will be £300 (kit purchased separately) and is payable in one payment at the point of registration.
*PLEASE NOTE YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE REGISTERED WITH THE LEAGUE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY THE CLUB.*
Payment is made by direct bank transfer using the link provided in your registration email. We are no longer able to accept card payments or cheques, due to the significantly increased costs of online payment processing.
As a volunteer club, our costs are increasingly required to be paid upfront at the start of the season.
Therefore, unfortunately we are only able to offer payment by instalments in exceptional circumstances this season, please contact our treasurer Neil Clarke at wsjfctreasurer@gmail.com before registering if this applies to you.
